RETURN
You have the right to return items unused and with tags within 14 days of receipt. Please return your items using the paper return form. The FORM can be downloaded from HERE.
EXCHANGE
To exchange an item, you must return the items to be exchanged and place a new order through the site.
The delivery of items from aliceevis.com is carried out by the courier company to a personal address or the office of the courier company after confirmation of the phone number you specified.
Free delivery for orders over 300 euro. For all others, delivery is calculated before completion of the order.
Delivery takes 7 to 10 working days. (Exceptions are weekends, public holidays and countries outside EU union.)
If the ordered items have been paid for in advance and aliceevis.com is unable to deliver them for objective reasons, the amount will be refunded in full within 14 days.
